Summer is officially here—and many involved in walking, running, hiking, adventure racing, doing a triathlon, or any other sport where shoes and socks are worn, will have damp or wet feet. I am urging you to go to your sock drawer and throw out any socks that are not moisture wicking—or at least put them aside for the summer. Usually these are cotton.
